Queens College Falls to Nyack 10-0

Flushing, N.Y. - Eight days ago, it was Queens College who had the offensive onslaught in a 13-2 win over Nyack, on Thursday, the Warriors shutout Queens, 10-0, in a game played in Flushing.

Queens had two hits in the game, a double from Nick Osburn and a single from Michael O'Dwyer.  The Knights also had several pitchers see action.  Joseph Broderick got the start and threw two innings without allowing an earned run.  Greg Gonzalez relieved him and gave up a run.  Crissandry Javier tossed a pair of scoreless innings and Yakov Trukhin, Jonathan Ramos and Francesco Monastra each threw an inning.  Broderick was tagged with the loss.

The Queens College baseball team returns to the diamond on Friday, April 11, when they face Dowling in Oakdale, New York.  The first pitch is scheduled for 3:00 PM.
