FLUSHING, N.Y. – The Queens College baseball team concludes non-conference action against Goldey-Beacom University on Tuesday (May 3) afternoon and Wilmington University on Wednesday (May. 4) afternoon to begin the final week of the regular season.

Queens
(21-14 overall) are on a three-game slide as they were swept by Molloy College in conference action on the weekend.
As a team, the Knights are batting .294, .864 OPS, and .461 slugging % with 335 hits, 215 RBIs, 34 home runs, and are 40-45 in stolen bases attempts.
Senior
Louis Antos (West Islip, N.Y.) leads the offense batting .455 with OPS of 1.291, .760 slugging % with 55 hits, 14 doubles, a triple, seven home runs, and 32 RBIs. Antos has been named East Coast Conference Player of the week three times and twice NCBWA East Regional Player of the Week.
While freshman
Marc Cisco (Long Island City, N.Y.) has been named ECC Rookie of the Week on four occasions.
Cisco is batting .429 with a 1.196 OPS, .683 slugging % with 54 hits, 10 doubles, two triples, six home runs, and 39 RBIs.
While freshman
Juan De La Rosa (Santo Domingo, D.R.) impressed last week against Molloy as the rookie batted .556 with an OBP of .600 and a 1.333 slugging percentage against Molloy. The Santo Domingo native went 5-9 AB at the plate with a double, two home runs, five runs scored, and two RBIs in the three games against the Lions.
His performance earned him a honor roll on the weekly conference award sheet.
Goldey-Beacom Series History
It will be the fourth overall meeting between both sides with the Knights leading the series 3-0. The Knights will match up against the Lightning for the first time since the 2017 season which saw Queens pick up a 17-10 win at home on March 4, 2017, before completing a doubleheader sweep on March 5, 2017, on the road.

Goldey-Beacom (
27-22 overall) enters Flushing coming off a doubleheader split against Wilmington University Sunday afternoon.
As a team, the Lightning are batting .290, .858 OPS, and .472 slugging % with 330 runs scored on 430 hits.
Garett Musey leads the offense batting .380 with 46 hits with 34 runs scored, 13 doubles, 12 home runs, and 48 RBIs. While Mason Maxwell is batting .367 with 65 hits with 55 runs scored, nine doubles, three triples, seven home runs, and 36 RBIs.
Wilmington Series History
It will be the seventh overall meeting against the Wildcats dating back to the 2014 season. The Knights are 2-4 in six meetings and will be looking to earn their first win since the 2016 season.

Wilmington
(27-10 overall) enter Queens having earned a split doubleheader against Goldey-Beacom on Sunday.
As a team, the Wildcats are batting .298, .398 OBP, and .465 slugging % with 271 runs scored on 329 hits.
The offense is led by John Mead batting .406 with 52 hits, 17 doubles, two triples, nine home runs, 50 RBIs, and 38 runs scored. While Nic Hertzfeld is batting .347 with 34 hits, six doubles, a triple, 14 RBIs, and 30 runs scored.
Final East Coast Conference Series
The Knights will conclude the regular season with a three-game series against Mercy College Mavericks beginning on Friday (May. 6) afternoon in Dobbs Ferry. The regular season will conclude in Flushing on Saturday (May. 7) afternoon with a Senior Day doubleheader.
