FLUSHING, N.Y. – Fifth year head coach Greg Welch and the Queens College men's and women's cross country teams have announced their 2026 competition schedule, featuring six meets culminating with the East Coast Conference Cross Country Championship in November.
 
The Knights open the 2026 season on Friday, Sept. 4, at the Adelphi Panthers XC Invite in Bethpage, N.Y. Queens remains on Long Island for its second meet of the season, competing at the Golden Eagle Invitational in Stony Brook on Saturday, Sept. 26.
 
The schedule continues with a trip to Newark, N.J., on Saturday, Oct. 10, for the 22nd Annual NJIT XC Invitational before the Knights return to Long Island for back-to-back meets. Queens races at the St. Joseph's Invitational in Kings Park on Saturday, Oct. 17, before competing in the Adelphi Short Course Showdown in Bethpage on Friday, Oct. 23.
 
The season concludes on Saturday, Nov. 7, as the Knights travel to Rochester, N.Y., for the East Coast Conference Cross Country Championship.
