WEST BABYLON, N.Y. – On Thursday (Nov. 16) morning the East Coast Conference office announced the 2023 Volleyball All-Conference teams and three Queens College student-athletes were honored for their performance during the regular season.

The duo of outside hitters junior Christina Franco (Lynbrook, N.Y.) and sophomore Kendall Conrad (Carrolltown, PA), and junior setter Despina Boudouris (Athens, Greece) were awarded ECC Second Team All-Conference honors as announced by the league office Thursday morning.

For the second straight year, the Knights earned three All-Conference selections. Conrad and Boudouris earned Second Team honors for the first time in their career, while Franco ended a two-year straight streak of earning ECC Honorable Mention on the final award sheet to become the third Knight on the All-ECC Second Team.

Over the course of the regular season, the trio would not only set new program records but new career bests as they helped the Knights return to ECC postseason play for the second straight year.
