FLUSHING, N.Y. - The Queens College men's tennis team began its spring campaign Friday afternoon at the QC Tennis Center, with a 7-2 setback to Division I opponent Stony Brook.

The duo of junior Sharvill Nawghre and sophomore Roman Laga picked up the team's lone victory in doubles, by a score of 8-5.  In singles, Loga picked up a 6-4, 6-3 victory.  In other singles matches, sophomore Lucas Martinez forced three sets out of his opponent, as did senior Ryan Frankel.

The Knights are back in action Sunday afternoon, as they host Division I Niagara at 12:00 pm.
