BUFFALO, N.Y.- Closing out their Buffalo road trip Sunday afternoon, the Queens College men's basketball team faced the D'Youville University Saints inside Saints Center Gym in East Coast Conference play.
Four Knights scored in double figures, led by rookie forward
Henri Mennander (Helsinki, Finland) who registered his second career double-double with 19 points and a career-best 13 rebounds. Senior forward
Tahj-Malik Campbell (Philadelphia, PA) added 17 points, junior guard
Johnny Jones (Bronx, N.Y.) chipped in 14, and junior guard
Dontae Prescott (Coney Island, N.Y.) tallied 13 points. However, a cold second half would see Queens fall short of their first ECC victory of the season as the Saints defeated the Knights 90-84 Sunday afternoon.

With the Knights up 15–4 at 16:09, D'Youville responded with a 16–5 run to pull within two, 20–18, by the 11:14 mark.
Jones and Prescott helped steady the Knights' offense, allowing Queens to maintain control of the game.
After the Saints trimmed the lead to 36–28 with 4:53 remaining, back-to-back threes from Mennander sparked a 17–8 surge, sending Queens into halftime with a commanding 53–36 lead.
D'Youville opened the second half with a 5–0 run to cut the margin to 12, but Queens answered quickly with a 6–0 burst to push the lead back to 18 at 59–41 with 17:02 remaining.
Momentum then shifted dramatically. As the Knights went cold from the field, the Saints erupted with a 22–2 run from the 16:47 mark to the 10:19 mark, surging ahead 63–61.
A quick jumper from junior guard
David Teele (Harlem, N.Y.) would tie the contest at 63-63 with 10:03 left in the contest.
But a D'Youville three-pointer at 9:17 put the Saints back on top 66–63, a lead they protected for the rest of the afternoon on their way to a 90–84 victory.
