COLONIA, NJ. – In the fifth East Coast Conference men's and women's cross country weekly report sheet released Tuesday afternoon three Queens College men's and women's cross country student-athletes were honored for their performances.
On the men's side, senior
John Ray (Bellerose, N.Y.) and sophomore
Daniel DeGregori (East Meadow, N.Y.) earned a Honor Roll spot. On the women's side junior
Rachel Mow (Espous, N.Y.) was awarded a Honor Roll spot.
On the year the men's and women's cross country program has a found on the ECC Weekly Report Sheet a total of eight times.
Honor Roll - John Ray (Bellerose, N.Y.)
For the third time this year, Ray has earned a spot on the Cross Country weekly report sheet to go with a Runner of the Week spot and Honor Roll.
Competing in the Queensborough Invitational Sunday afternoon Ray paced the men's team with a sixth place with a time of 28:37.00.
Honor Roll - Daniel DeGregori (East Meadow, N.Y.)
For the second time this season DeGregori has earned a Honor Roll spot.
Competing in the Queensborough Invitational Sunday afternoon DeGregori placed 13
th with a time of 30:18.00.
Honor Roll - Rachel Mow (Esopus, N.Y.)
For the third time this year Mow has earned a Honor Roll spot on the weekly report sheet.
Competing in the Queensborough Invitational Sunday morning Mow placed second place with a time of 21:18.60.

The Knights will use the week to prepare for the Highlander XC Challenge hosted by the New Jersey Institute of Technology in Newark, NJ at Branch Brook Park on Saturday, Oct. 12.
