FLUSHING, N.Y.- After finishing with a record of 25-24-1 in 2019, which included a return to the East Coast Conference (ECC) Tournament for the first time in 21 years, Queens College Baseball Head Coach Chris Reardon has revealed the schedule for his seventh season.

In the 48-game schedule which is highlighted by 25 home games, Queens will play against three regional teams that made appearances in the NCAA D2 Baseball Tournament in 2019. The in-region schedule also features matchups with teams that made their respective conference tournament.

Our 2020 schedule is aggressive from start to finish," Reardon said. "Our early season opponents from the CACC, PSAC East and Northeast-10 will challenge us to compete at a high level right from the get-go. Most importantly, the schedule prepares the team for our extremely competitive conference regular season and postseason tournament"

Staying in the northeast region, Queens will open the season in mid-February against the University of The Sciences Devils (Feb. 15) in Philadelphia, PA. The Knight will then play a four-game series against PSAC member Shippensburg University (Feb 22-23) at Diamond Nation in Flemington, New Jersey.

The Knights return to action on March 4 with a matchup against Pace University in Pleasantville, NY, followed by a four-game series against Southern Connecticut State University on March 6 in New Haven, CT, which features the home opener on March 7. After welcoming Southern Connecticut on March 7, the Knights continue their seven-game home stretch against Concordia (March 13), College of Saint Rose (March 14), and future ECC foe in College of Staten Island (March 15). Following the home stretch, the Knights hit the road traveling to Caldwell, NJ with a Wednesday afternoon tilt against Caldwell University (March 18).

Queens heads into conference play with a four-game home stand against Lincoln University (March 20-22), additionally welcoming Franklin Pierce University on March 24 for a mid-week non-conference game. The Knights return back to ECC play as they go up against St. Thomas Aquinas College (March 27-29) and Mercy College (April 3-5). The Knights will take a break from conference action and hit the road with mid-week non-conference matchups against Adelphi (April 7), Franklin Pierce (April 8), CSI (April 9) before welcoming Pace on April 14.

The Knights will close out the regular season with series against Molloy (April 17-19), Caldwell (April 21), Bridgeport (April 24-26), Bloomfield (April 28), and New York Tech (May 1-3).
