Philadelphia - The Queens College men's tennis team, ranked sixth in the region, lost to third-ranked Chestnut Hill in the season finale on Saturday in Philadelphia. Christopher Baron won his singles match in straight sets.
Baron came out on top, 6-4, 6-3, from second singles, while Younes Hidass was victorious in first singles, 6-3, 6-7, 10-7. The Knights dropped all three doubles matches.
The team finished the season with an overall record of 11-7. Queens College will host the East Coast Conference tennis championship, which begins on Friday, April 25.
