Younes Hidass Remains Undefeated in ECC Singles as Men's Tennis Falls to Roberts Wesleyan, 7-2

Flushing, N.Y. - The Queens College men's tennis team fell to Roberts Wesleyan, 7-2, in a tennis match played at the outdoor tennis courts in Flushing on Saturday.  Younes Hidass won his singles match to remain undefeated in East Coast Conference singles play this season.

The doubles competition was very competitive as two matches were decided by a single game.  The team of Christopher Baron and Andre Pellegrino earned QC's first point and continued their doubles dominance with a 9-8 win in frist position.  The combination of Younes Hidass and Kevin Burgess fell 9-8, in another highly competitive doubles match.

Queens other point on the day came in singles, where Hidass prevailed 6-3, 6-2.  Pellgerino also won six games in his match.

The Queens College men's tennis team returns to action on Wednesday, April 16, when they travel to New Jersey to face Caldwell.
