CENTRAL ISLIP, N.Y. - The East Coast Conference announced its weekly award winners Monday afternoon, and Queens College junior Atilla Toth was selected as men's tennis player of the week after posting an 8-2 record overall against five nationally ranked squads during the Knights' trip to Florida.

Toth posted an 8-2 record overall (4-1 in singles and doubles play, respectively) – including a pair of victories over top-25-ranked individuals, as the Knights squared off against five teams ranked in the top-50 nationally. His singles triumphs came against sixth-ranked Jeff Morris of No. 6 Rollins (6-2, 7-6 – 10-4 in tiebreaker) on Thursday, and two days later against 24th-ranked Krasimir Atanasov of No. 41 Palm Beach Atlantic (6-4, 5-7, 12-10).
