LAKELAND, Fla. – The Queens College men's tennis team, ranked No. 37 in the ITA Division II Poll, fell in the opening match of its Florida trip by a 6-3 count to host No. 7 Florida Southern, Tuesday afternoon. The visiting Knights (6-2) lost a pair of singles matches in three-set fashion, and got victories from 51st-ranked, Atilla Toth, and Diego Medrano at No. 1 and No. 4 singles, respectively. Toth also teamed up with Nikolaj Wulff to capture a victory at No. 2 doubles.

Head coach Craig Schwartz's QC team is back in action Wednesday, when they take on No. 12 Flagler.
