NEW ORLEANS – Following the conclusion of the regular season the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) announced All Regions for the 2025 NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field season Wednesday.
Two Queens College outdoor track & field student-athletes in women's sophomore
Carly Koprowski (Wantagh, N.Y.) and men's senior
John Ray (Bellerose, N.Y.) earned All-East Regions honors.
Top-5 individuals in each event from each region earned All-Region honors, in addition to each of the members of a top-3 ranked relay team.

In a stellar season on the track, Koprowski becomes the first Knight to earn All-Region honors since the 2014 season when Diane Etienne earned All-Region honors in the Discus throw and the first runner since Indira Avila earned All-East honors in the 5000 meters.
The first-year Knight put together a season to remember as she improved throughout each meet. On April 25, the sophomore recorded an East Region best with a time of 2:12.99 at the CCSU Invite.
On May 1, she broke the East Coast Conference Championship meet record in the 800m Run as she placed first with a time of 2:14.49.
Her first-place finish would earn All-ECC First Team honors.
John Ray (Bellerose, N.Y.) – 10,000 Meters

Ray becomes the first Knight to earn All-Region honors since Andrew Saulpaugh earned honors in the Hammer Throw in 2019.
The Bellerose rose native a recorded career-best mark in the 10,000 meters with a time of 32:18.97 and the fourth-best time in the region on May 1 in the East Coast Conference Championship meet. Ray would take second place in the 10K event as he went on to earn All-ECC First Team honors.
