PHILADELPHIA, PA. – On Friday, the Queens College men's and women's outdoor track and field relay team competed among the best in the nation as they competed in the 2023 Penn Relays.
On the men's side, the 4x100 relay team of
Hakeem Griffiths (Portmore, Jamaica), Daniel Fuzailof (Queens, N.Y.) Albert Wheeler (Mastic, N.Y.) and
Doris Desir (Port-au-Prince, Haiti) rounded the track in 45.33 as they placed 22
ndwhile recording their fourth-fastest time of the season.
While the 4x400 team of Fuzailof,
Myles Jackson (San Juan, Trinidad, and Tobago), Njehan Phillips (Brooklyn, N.Y.), and
Valeriy Borkun (White Plains, N.Y.) completed the event in 3:35.31.
On the women's side, the 4x100 team of
Mahaillia Spencer,
Khareena Primus (St. Andrew, Grenada), Bianca Hiltz(Southwick, Mass), and
Hayley Matthews (Freeport, N.Y.) placed 17
th with a time of 51.68.
While the 4x400 team of
Fatima Morrobel (Long Beach, N.Y.), Primus, Hiltz, and Spencer earned a time of 4:19.49 in their event.
