FLUSHING, N.Y. – In preparation for the new academic year, the Queens College Fitness Center and Recreational program have undergone a facelift.
With a total renovation cost of $200,000, the QC Fitness Center received an upgrade in the quality of equipment and appearance of the room with new cardio equipment such as treadmills, ellipticals, and new training bikes.
It also included the addition of free weights and machines in a designated weight room such as new benches, a center unit, reupholstery of existing machines, and a complete set of dumbbells.
Currently, the summer hours of operations are Monday through Friday from 10 am to 3 pm.
