Folgado and Primus Pace Knights Track & Field in Final Regular Season Meet

WEST POINT, N.Y. – The Queens College men's and women's indoor track and field completed their final preparations for next weekend's East Coast Conference championship as they competed in the West Point Tune-Up hosted by Army West Point Saturday at Gillis Field House.

West Point Tune-Up Highlights
  • In the Men's 60 Meters event, freshman Diego Folgado (Gandia, Spain) recorded a career-best time of 7.11. 
  • In the women's 60-meter, freshman Khareena Primus (St. Andrew, Grenada) notched a career-best time of 8.15. 
  • While Albert Wheeler (Mastic, N.Y.) matched his season-best time of 7.83 in the 60-Meters event. 
  • In the 200-meter event, Folgado recorded a time of 22.85.
  • While Zack Sow (Colombus, OH) recorded his career-best time of 1:04.94 in the men's 400 meters.
  • Freshman Andrew O'Gorman (Melville, N.Y.) recorded a career-best time of 1:11.14 in the 500 meters event. 
  • In the 200 meters event, Primus recorded a career-best time of 27.52. 
  • In the 500 Meter event, freshman Nicole Colombi (Wantagh, N.Y.) recorded a time of 3:45.06. 
  • While in the one-mile run freshman Natalia Cuttler (Islip, N.Y.) finished with a time of 6:14.01. 
 
UP NEXT: Head coach Robert Davis and the Knights travel to Staten Island, N.Y. as they compete in the East Coast Conference Championship Saturday (Feb. 26) morning at Ocean Breeze Complex.
