FLUSHING, N.Y. - Sophomore András Breuer tallied two goals as the Queens College men's soccer team moved to 2-0-2 on the year with a 2-0 victory over previously undefeated Saint Michael's Saturday afternoon at QC Soccer Field.  Breuer stunned the Purple Knights with a 10th minute tally before adding another in the 65th minute of play.

In the contest, the Knights attempted a season high 24 shots, including nine on goal.  Breuer led the squad with six attempts, while senior Nicholas Matusewicz tallied five attempts.  Matusewicz spear headed the day's action when his shot on goal hit the cross bar, and Breuer gathered the rebound and put it away for his second goal of the year.

Breuer posted his second of the match midway through the second half.  After grabbing a loose ball, he dribbled upfield and beat the keeper to the right side.

Senior James Brostowski made four saves in the contest, while Saint Michael's netminders Gabriel Pineda and Daniel du Feu combined for seven stops.

The Knights are back in action Tuesday afternoon at Holy Family (4:00 pm).
