OAKDALE, N.Y. - The Queens College women's basketball team wrapped up its 2011-12 season Saturday afternoon at Dowling College, falling to the host Golden Lions by a 57-40 count.

Sophomore guard Nicole Caggiano (Holtsville, N.Y.) scored a team-best 13 points for the Knights, while freshman post player Megan Lonergan (Rockville Centre, N.Y.) tacked on nine points and 10 rebounds. Megan White (Jr., Whitestone, N.Y.) came off the bench to pull in 10 rebounds for QC, while senior Cadie Chu (Bellerose, N.Y.) added eight points in her collegiate finale.

Chu amassed a 107-game career at Queens, helping her freshman-year team to the East Coast Conference championship. She scored 505 points in her career, and was a regular starter for the Knights in her final two seasons in Flushing.
