Stonehill College broke a scoreless deadlock with two second
half goals to defeat the Knights, 2-0, on Saturday in Easton,
Massachusetts.
In a repeat of their match last Sunday, QC played their opponent
to a 0-0 tie after 45 minutes. And for the second straight game,
the Knights' opposition got a pair of second half goals from one
player. This time, Michael Bridges scored twice, the first at 47:22
and the second at 61:35 to power the Skyhawks to victory.
Ronny Reina came off of the bench to lead QC with two shots
while Dario Cabanas made six saves, with five of those stops coming
in the first half.
