2018: Played in 13 matches on the season ... totaled 183 assists, 57 digs, 14 aces and five kills on the year ... had nine games with double-digit assist totals during the fall campaign ... posted a 14-assist, seven-dig season debut against Saint Anselm on Aug. 31 ... recorded 17 assists with three digs against Caldwell (9/1) ... had a season-high 32 assists with seven digs and three service aces in the team's win over Concordia (NY) on Sept. 18 ... followed that up with 17 assists and seven digs at Mercy on Sept. 21.

2017: Played in 22 matches on the season for the Knights…Had a total of 57 sets, 43 digs and 8 points…Had 8 service aces with a service aces per set ratio of 0.14…Had a season high 7 digs in a 3-1 loss at Daemen (10/14).

Prior to Queens: Started playing volleyball with the Creole Juniors Big Apple Volleyball Club, under the tutelage of coach Merlin Thompson ... played four years of varsity volleyball at Francis Lewis ...  earned Scarsdale Tournament MVP and All-Team Tournament MVP in 2014 as a freshman setter ... graduated from Francis Lewis as the all-time leader in average assists and was MVP of both the 2016 and 2017 seasons ... inducted into the school''s Hall of Fame and received the Louisa Wingate Underhill Certificate for Physical Education.

Personal: Daughter of Joseph and Darlene Matthews ...has 5 siblings, including brothers Michael, Elijah and Marvin as well as sisters Saleesha and Sade ... enjoys singing and lists her favorite TV show as "Grey's Anatomy" ... aspires to obtain her Ph.D and become a psychologist ... majoring in psychology.
