2019-20 (Junior): team captain, due to injury missed the first five games of the year. Tougas appeared in 20 games starting in 13 averaging 6.7 points and 3.5 rebounds. Scored in double figures 7x. scored a season-high 15 points in the win over Concordia (NY) with 7 rebounds. Had an all-round performance in the 82-53 win over Roberts Wesleyan scoring 12 points on 50% shooting with 7 rebounds, 6 assists, 1 block and 2 steals.

2018-19 (Sophomore): Named Most Improved Female Student-Athlete at the Athletics and Recreation Department's End-of-Year Banquet ... three-time ECC Weekly Honor Roll inductee (1/22, 1/28 & 2/18) ... started 25 of 26 games for the Knights, averaging 34.3 minutes played per game (fourth-most in the East Coast Conference) ... was second on the team with averages of 11.6 points and 5.2 rebounds per game, also finishing second in total steals (25) and total blocks (11)  ... led the team with 83 assists ... compiled a 42.4% field goal percentage on the year ... recorded 16 games of double-digit point totals including a stretch of seven in a row from Jan. 13 through Feb. 8 ... registered a double-double with 12 points and ten rebounds against Jefferson (11/11) ... tallied 20 points on an 8-for-11 shooting performance with five rebounds and two assists at Dominican (NY) on Nov. 20 ... scored 15 points with six boards and three assists versus Bridgeport (12/15) ... had 22 points, nine rebounds and five assists while also going 6-for-6 from the free throw line in a win at Molloy on Jan. 23 ... nearly recorded a triple-double with 12 points, nine rebounds and nine assists in a double-overtime win against Roberts Wesleyan on Feb. 8 ... scored 22 points on a 10-for-20 shooting performance at Bridgeport (2/16) ... had 13 points and 10 rebounds in a win over Molloy on Feb. 21.

2017-2018 (Freshman): Played in 20 games for the Knights starting eight contests…Averages 22.1 minutes per game while shooting 50% from the field…Recorded 3.6 rebounds per game, 2.3 assists per game, while scoring 3.9 points per game…Recorded 7 assists against NYIT (1/3)…Had 9 points while shooting flawlessly from the floor against LIU Post (1/6)…Had 10 points in a win against Molloy (2/3).

Before Queens: Scored over 1,000 points during her career at Glens Falls High School... Averaged 12.2 points, 9.6 rebounds, 6.4 assists and 2.3 steals per game as a senior... In the classroom, she was first in her class... Helped lead Glens Falls to its second straight Section II Class B Championship, earning tournament MVP honors... Scored 20 points in the Indians'' Class B regional semifinal win and tallied 21 points in the state quarterfinals... Earned a spot on the All-Foothills First Team, and she was named to the Times Union All-Star First Team in each of her final two seasons... In 2016, she was chosen as the Times Union Small-School Player of the Year.
