Terrae Lewis enters her first year as an assistant coach under Travis Ponton at Queens College, reuniting with the head coach under whom she played at Bryn Athyn College.
She helps manage all aspects of the women’s basketball program, including recruiting and retaining student-athletes, player development, practice coaching, video analysis, academic monitoring, travel logistics, administrative duties, and supporting team events such as fundraising, community service, and alumni activities, while ensuring the program operates in compliance with NCAA, ECC, CUNY, and Queens College rules.
Lewis graduated from Bryn Athyn College in 2023 with a bachelor’s degree and had a standout playing career under head coach Travis Ponton. During the 2021-22 season, she averaged 12 points, 7.6 rebounds, and 2 steals per game, earning Honorable Mention All-CSAC honors.
Prior to joining Queens College, she coached with Team Sharp AAU and currently works as a Benefit Opportunity Specialist.
