Martin joins the women’s basketball coaching staff for the 22-23 season as an Assistant coach.
She will be responsible for helping coach Naumovski’s in practices and creating content for the Women’s Basketball social media accounts.
Along with her women’s basketball coaching duties, she also assists the Athletic department in the marketing and promotion of all special team events.
Before coming to Flushing, Martin was an assistant coach at Monroe College Express a team that went to the NJCAA National Tournament held in Minnesota.
At Monroe along with her coaching duties, she worked as the Director of Creative Content and Operations Manager in the Athletic Department.
Prior to Monroe, She worked at WTNH-News 8 Sports Department in 2019 where she was tasked with interviewing, photography/videography work of professional athletes during special events such as professional golf and WNBA games.
She graduated with a degree in Visual Arts and Experimental Media with a Minor in Communications from the College of Mount Saint Vincent in 2020.
Also, Martin is a Certified Yoga Instructor.
