2019: Hit .310 on the year with eight doubles and 18 runs batted in ... played in 37 games and started 22 at the corner infield spots ... went 2-for-3 with three RBI in a win at Lincoln (PA) on Apr. 7 ... drove in a pair of runs in back-to-back contests of a doubleheader against Bridgeport (4/23) ... had a hit in each game of the ECC Tournament aganst LIU Post (5/9) and NYIT (5/10).

2018: Played in 24 games for the Knights, recording 54 plate appearances, 13 hits, 7 runs batted in, and 5 runs scored. Posted a .333 bating average… Notched 2 hits in 2 at bats and 2 RBIs in a commanding 23-2 win over Felician (4/22)…  Had 2 hits in 3 at bats and 1 RBI in a 9-8 victory against Nyack (5/2).

Prior to Queens: Transferred from Concordia College where he hit .241 with two home runs and 15 RBIs in 36 games for the Clippers... was a Newsday Top 100 selection in 2016 and a two-time All-County selection at Division Avenue High School... All-Long Island Honorable Mention in 2016... two-time League Champion with Division and a 2016 Long Island Championship winner... posted a .408 career average in high school with five home runs and 63 runs batted in.

Personal: Son of Jennifer Ocampo and Ronmel Ocampo, Sr... Youngest of four children with two sisters---Justine and Maryjoy---and brother, Johnathan... lists Derek Jeter as his favorite athlete... enjoys penne alla vodka with grilled chicken, "Prison Break" and "Remember the Titans"...lists "Hakuna Matata" as his personal motto... pursuing a double-major in both Physical Education and Family Nutrition/Exercise Science.
