While at Farmingdale he appeared in 33 games with 19 starts as a freshman, helping the Rams win their sixth straight conference championship... Was selected to the All-Regional Tournament team with the Rams... Graduated from William Floyd High School in Brookhaven, where he played varsity baseball for Glen Davis.
