2016: Returned to the Knights roster after missing the 2015 campaign with an injury... Made eight appearances on the hill for the Knights, including six starts... Struck out 21 batters in 26.2 innings pitched... Struck out five batters and surrendered only one earned run and five hits in six innings of work vs. Dominican (N.Y.) (2/25)... Registered a season-high six strikeouts in only 5.1 innings and surrendered just one earned run and two hits in a home game vs. New Haven (3/6)... Posted two strikeouts and gave up just two hits in 3.2 innings in a game one win at home over Southern Connecticut State (3/12)... Contributed three strikeouts in 2.2 innings at Bridgeport (3/25)... Picked up a strikeout in 2.2 innings of work vs. St. Thomas Aquinas (4/8).

2014: Missed most of the season with an injury...Made six appearances on the mound this season...Averaged over a strikeout per inning...Tossed 5.2 innings with eight strikeouts while allowing just one run in the second game of a doubleheader with Concordia (3/16).

2013: John appeared in 23 games as a freshman, including 10 pitching appearances. He held opponents to a .239 batting average and a 2.98 ERA.
