Queens College Alum Thomas Daly joined the Knights staff in September 2023.
Prior to his arrival in Flushing, Daly spent last year with St. John’s University as the Director of Player Development. The Queens native has spent 26 years with Fire Department of New York, retiring from the FDNY in Spring 2023. Daly served as the Lieutenant of Rescue Company 2 (Special Operations) for nearly 15 years.
The former Queens College and Flushing High School middle infielder is also an avid weightlifter, serving as an Olympic weightlifting coach for three years at the Armory and two more with Mettleworks Athletics in Deer Park, N.Y.
Daly currently resides in Whitestone, Queens with longtime girlfriend Esra and her two children Nate & Emma.
