2015: Saw action in 17 games... Had two hits and drove in a run versus Dominican (3/24)... Picked up an RBI and two stolen bases at Bridgeport (3/28)... Collected a hit and scored in game one versus Bridgeport (3/29)... Had a hit and scored the winning run in a 13-inning affair with Molloy (4/19).

Before Queens: Played four years of varsity baseball for Telecommunications and Technology High School in Brooklyn... Honors graduate of the school... Part of a Yellow Jackets team that won the PSAL A Division City Championship in 2013... Owns school record for hits in a season by a freshman (20).

Personal: Son of Lissette Quervalu and Jose Nunez… Has an older sister, Lisa… ”Tony” for short…Favorite baseball player is the Nationals’ Bryce Harper… Go-to meal is chicken with rice and beans… Pregame ritual involves praying in the direction of center field… Enjoys family time and travelling to new places… Wants to become a police officer or physical education teacher… Major is Physical Education.
