NEW YORK – On Thursday, April 16, the Met Basketball Writers Association announced that Queens College senior forward Tahj-Malik Campbell (Philadelphia, PA) earned All-Met Division II First Team honors.

Adding to resume in Flushing, Campbell was also named to the East Coast Conference Second Team.

Campbell started all 25 games for the Knights, leading the team with averages of 18.5 points and 9.9 rebounds per game while adding 2.3 assists, 1.7 steals, and 1.5 blocks per contest. He recorded a conference-best 11 double-doubles, highlighted by three 30-point performances, 11 20-point outings, and 12 games with at least 10 rebounds.

Among conference leaders, Campbell ranked third in scoring, first in rebounding, ninth in field goal percentage, sixth in steals, and fifth in blocks, establishing himself as one of the league's most versatile two-way players.

On February 18 against Mercy, Campbell pulled down 25 rebounds, the second-most in a single game in program history. He also became the first Knight since Greg Vaughn (26 rebounds in 1976–77) to record 20 or more rebounds in a game.

For the season, Campbell totaled 462 points, 247 rebounds, 57 assists, 42 steals, and 38 blocks. His 247 rebounds rank fifth on the program's single-season list, while his 38 blocks sit sixth all-time.
