COLONIA, N.J. – On Wednesday afternoon, the East Coast Conference announced the 2025 Women's Soccer All-Conference selections, and Queens College senior midfielder
Adriana Melgar (Queens, N.Y.) was named to the All-ECC Third Team.
Earning All-Conference recognition for the second consecutive season, Melgar played a key role in helping the Knights secure their third straight postseason berth as the No. 5 seed in the ECC Tournament.
The Queens native appeared in 14 matches, earning 13 starts. She recorded one goal, the game-winner in the victory over Post University, along with two assists during the regular season.
NEXT MATCH
As the No. 5 seed, Melgar and the Knights will travel to Amherst, N.Y., for first-round action in the ECC Championship on Thursday, Nov. 6, where they will face the No. 4 seed Daemen University Wildcats at Kunz Stadium. Kickoff is scheduled for 4:30 p.m.
