Rachel Mow (Esopus, N.Y.) and men's junior
Daniel DeGregori (East Meadow, N.Y.), were named to the Honor Roll on Tuesday afternoon.

Competing in the St. Joseph's Invitational on Saturday afternoon, Mow led the women's cross country team by placing first with a time of 20:47.2.

Competing in the St. Joseph's Invitational on Saturday afternoon, DeGregori paced the squad with a seventh-place finish, clocking in at 28:45.5.
NEXT MEET:
The ECC Championship returns to Long Island for the first time since 2019. The Knights will compete again at Sunken Meadow State Park on Saturday, Oct. 25, with the men's race starting at 10:00 a.m. and the women's race at 11:00 a.m.
