- The Knights are 4-8 overall and 1-2 in conference play.
- They are in the middle of a season-high four-game losing streak having dropped all four games at home.
- Queens is averaging 67.8 points per game on 40.5% shooting and are averaging 40.3 rebounds and 12.0 assists per game.
- Free throw shooting has hurt the Knights as they are shooting 64.4% (159-247) on the year.
- Sophomore Sunnie Diamond (Hiram, GA) leads the offense averaging 14.6 points per game, and recorded a career-high 21 points in the victory over Daemen.
- Diamond recorded the Knights first triple-double of the season in the victory over Alliance and the first triple-double since the 15-16 season.
- While senior William Ellis (Valley Stream, N.Y.) is averaging 11.4 points per game and recorded a season-high 22 points in the victory over Holy Family.
- Senior Tyler Carey (Bay Shore, N.Y.) is averaging 10.2 points per game and 8.3 rebounds per game.
- The senior has tallied four double-doubles on the season, including three in the last four games with a career-best and ECC season-high 17 rebounds.
- Nationally Carey is ranked #4 having complied 37 (second most) total blocks and is averaging 3.08 blocks per game.
- On Tuesday (Jan. 3), senior guard Dion Herrington (Englewood, N.J.) was awarded ECC Player of the week honors. (Link)

- Molloy enters Queens with a 4-10 overall record and 3-1 in conference play.
- The Lions are coming off a 72-97 to the University of New Haven.
- They are in the middle of a two-game losing streak having dropped games to Roberts Wesleyan and New Haven.
- The Lions are averaging 72.2 points per game on 42.4% shooting, 37.1 rebounds, and 13.5 assists per game.
- Darren Fergus leads the offense averaging 20.0 points per game.
- Fergus tallied a season-high 32 points against Roberts Wesleyan.
