FLUSHING, N.Y. (Sept. 7, 2019) - The Queens College men's soccer team relied on one effective offensive chance and an excellent defensive game plan to take down Dominican (NY) in non-conference action on Saturday (Sept. 7) by a final score of 1-0 at Knights Field in Flushing.
The Knights improve to 1-1 on the young season; the Chargers fall to 0-1 after dropping their season-opening contest.
Knights That Shined

- Villalta had a team-high three shots on target and shared the team lead in total shots (four) with rookie midfielder Leo Pinto.
- Marek Strzelczyk took care of the rest for Queens as the junior goalie posted a seven-save performance to pick up his first win and clean sheet in a Knights uniform.
