FLUSHING, N.Y. (Feb. 21, 2019) – The Queens College men's basketball team suffered from a rough night from the floor in a 72-56 loss to Molloy on Thursday (Feb. 21) at Fitzgerald Gymnasium.

Neither Queens (7-19, 7-9 ECC) nor Molloy (17-8, 13-3 ECC) got anything going in the opening minute of play as Keenan Gorski scored the game's first points on a three-pointer; the Knights led by a 5-2 margin going into the first media timeout with just five-and-a-half minutes played in the opening period of play. Out of the break, however, Molloy went on a 7-0 spurt which included a three-pointer by Curtis Jenkins to give the Lions a 9-5 lead.
