The Queens College dance team recently set out for Daytona Beach, Florida to compete at the National Dance Alliance College Nationals.  At the event, the team achieved a program best third place finish in Poms and fourth overall in the team Challenge Cup.

Under the guidance of coach Shawn K. Garnier, the original coach, choreographer and founder of the team, the squad has moved up the national ranks and achieved many successes since the team was created in 2004.

The Queens College dance team is hosting college auditions on May 4th during free hour and a high school audition on May 7th from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm.  Both auditions will be held in the Fitzgerald Gymnasium Dance Studios.
