The Knights trailed by as many as seven in the opening frame, before outscoring the visitors 17-9 down the stretch of the stanza to take a 28-27 lead into intermission.  QC came out firing to start the second half, and grabbed its biggest lead of the contest, 49-36, with 13:27 remaining.

UDC did not give in, and eventually got the deficit to four, 55-51, with 5:32 left.  The Firebirds pushed the Knights to the brink later, as a three-pointer cut the QC lead to two, 65-63, with 12 seconds left.  The Knights calmly sank their final four free throw attempts to close out the contest.
