Flushing, N.Y. (September 20^th, 2012) – The Knights women's volleyball team continued their 2012 season with a loss to the Adelphi University Panthers.

After losing the first set, the Knights came back to win the 2^nd set 25-20.  Errors got the best of QC in the third and fourth sets however, allowing Adelphi to make a run for the win.

The Knights were led in the kills category by freshman Bianca Steel with 8 while freshman Else Buchmiller and senior Suzanne Byrne led the team with 10 digs each and junior Ceren Kilic led the Knights with 16 attacks on the night.

The Knights will play again on Tuesday, September 25^th when they visit the University of the District of Columbia Firebirds at 6 PM.
