Saturday night in Queens, the Knights beat the visiting Dowling Golden Lions by a score of 69-62. The win improves the Knights to 5-1 (4-0 ECC) while the visiting Golden Lions fall to 1-5 (1-3 ECC)
The Knights used a big first half to propel themselves to victory on Saturday in Queens. The Knights used a 50% effort from behind the three point line in the first half to take the lead 40-26 after the first twenty minutes of play. Lamonte Lans had a huge game for the Knights going three for his first three from beyond the arc in route to a 19 point performance in 34 minutes of work. Both Akim Neverson and Edil Lacayo added 12 points each and Khalil McDonald came off the bench to drop 10 of his own in tonight's win versus Dowling.
