Thomas Paris

Head Coach Thomas Paris enters his fourth season at the helm of the Queens College women’s soccer program, where he has led a remarkable turnaround and elevated the team into postseason contention. Since his arrival in 2022, Paris has guided the Knights to back-to-back East Coast Conference Tournament appearances for the first time in over a decade.

Across his tenure, 11 student-athletes have earned All-ECC recognition, including standout performers Julia Ragone, Sarah Anderson, and Anna Tavantzis. The 2024 season marked a new high for the program, as a record six players earned All-ECC honors, showcasing the depth and individual development under Paris’s leadership.

In 2024, Paris guided the Knights to a 10-7-1 overall record and a 4-3 mark in ECC play, securing a third-place conference finish. The Knights went 6-4-1 at home and 4-3 on the road, and made history by earning their first-ever ECC postseason win, advancing to the conference semifinals for the first time since 2013.

In 2023, Queens posted a 6-7-4 overall record and a 3-3-2 ECC finish, clinching the program’s first conference tournament berth in 10 years.

Paris arrived at Queens after serving as the First Assistant Coach at Molloy University from 2019 to 2021. During his time with the Lions, Molloy captured back-to-back ECC Championships (2019, 2021) and advanced to the NCAA East Regional Final. In 2021, the Lions set a program record with an 18-3 overall record and hosted part of the NCAA Regional bracket. The 2019 coaching staff was named United Soccer Coaches East Region Staff of the Year, and under Paris's guidance, Molloy players earned 13 ECC All-Conference honors, including Offensive and Goalkeeper of the Year awards.

A former standout player himself, Paris played four seasons at St. Catharine College (KY), where he earned All-Conference Honorable Mention honors and completed a Bachelor of Science in Sports Leadership in 2013.

Paris also brings a strong club background, having worked with Massapequa Soccer Club (2014–2018) and Auburndale Soccer Club (2019). He currently serves as the Assistant Club Director & College Placement Director at Long Island Soccer Club, where he continues to mentor and develop young talent.
