Jason Gaudioso (Coach G) enters his first season (2025–26) as an assistant coach for the Queens College men’s basketball program under head coach Matt Collier. His primary responsibilities include coordinating the Knights’ offensive system and serving as the program’s lead recruiting contact.

Gaudioso arrives at Queens after three seasons at Molloy University, where he oversaw the team’s defense, recruiting, and scouting efforts. During his tenure, Molloy qualified for the East Coast Conference Tournament in two of three seasons and produced the 2022–23 ECC Player of the Year.

Before his time at Molloy, Gaudioso served as an assistant coach at St. Joseph’s University (Patchogue). While there, his teams recorded wins over two NCAA Tournament opponents, including one nationally ranked program. His work in recruiting and player development helped the Golden Eagles produce the regional Rookie of the Year, a First Team All-Conference selection, and achieve their longest winning streak in a decade. The team also earned its first conference tournament berth in five years.

Gaudioso began his collegiate coaching career at City College of New York (CCNY), where he played a key role in rebuilding the program and coached another regional Rookie of the Year.

In addition to his collegiate experience, Coach G is active in youth basketball, coaching AAU teams and running development clinics in his local community during the offseason.

A graduate of Villanova University, Gaudioso resides in Seaford, N.Y. with his wife, Kerin, and their children, Jaylyn, Joseph, and John.
