Daniel Hernandez

Promoted to the positon of Director of Sports Medicine in spring 2016, Daniel Hernandez joined the college as Assistant Athletic Trainer in 2013.  In his capacity, Hernandez is responsible for the daily operations of the training room and the prevention and treatment of student-athletes at QC.  Additionally, he assists the Director of Sports Medicine.

Prior to his stint with Queens, Hernandez worked at MacArthur High School where he served as the Head Athletic Trainer for two years while also serving as the Head Athletic Trainer for the Men's Long Island Rough Riders soccer team.

He earned his degree in Athletic Training from Hofstra University in 2010.  During his time there, he earned the award of "Best Athletic Training Student" in his senior year.

Hernandez is an alumnus of Yorktown High School in Yorktown, New York.  He currently resides in Babylon, New York.
