In her freshman campaign in 2009-10, Erika was named first teamall-East Coast Conference as well as East Coast Conference Rookieof the Year. In all, she won 17 of 22 singles matches and 21 of 23doubles matches, including one in the NCAA Sweet Sixteen againstNorthwood.

Erika played #1 singles at the varsity level at Edison HighSchool for four years and was ranked #33 in 16''s and #50 in18''s.
