The 2009 East Coast Conference Rookie of the Year was 12-5-1 with a 1.25 goals against average and a .738 save percentage for QC, who finished in a three way tie for second place and earned the first conference playoff bid in the program''s 11 year history. Allison posted shutout victories over Wilmington, Dowling, Nyack and Georgian Court and, at one point during the season, went 300:05 without surrendering a goal.

She also tended goal for the lacrosse team in 2009, making 92 saves in seven games.

Allison played for the varsity at Lincoln Way East High School for three years and was a two-time MVP (2007, 2009). She was named to the 2009 Southtown Star all-conference team and the all-sectional team while recording six shutouts. Allison also spent four seasons as a member of the basketball team - two junior varsity and two varsity.
