In 2008-09, Cadie was chosen the Women''s Basketball Outstanding Freshman while playing for the ECC Champions. She made her college debut on 11/15 against Franklin Poerce and scored her first points the next day against St. Michael''s College.

In all, Cadie had 34 points, 25 rebounds, 19 assists and nine steals while averaging 9.2 minutes per game in 25 appearances. Her best game statistically came on 12/3 against C.W. Post when she had seven points, five rebounds and four assists in a 67-59 victory.
