Jennifer Corona joined the Knights coaching staff as the team's pitching coach prior to the start of the 2021 season.
The Middle Island native comes to Flushing with a championship-caliber resume after a successful pitching career with the Wildcats of Johnson & Wales University finishing as the all-time leader in wins and innings pitched. In her four years with the Wildcats, she earned NFCA All-Region First Team honors in 2017, NFCA All-Region Second Team honors (2015, 2017), All-Great Northeast Athletic Conference honors (Third Team 2015, Second Team 2016, First Team and Pitcher of the Year 2017, 2018), and 2016 ECAC Northeast Second Team honors. In 2018, she led the GNAC in wins (16), ERA (1.28), and strikeouts (152) as she went on to earn tournament MVP for the third time in her career.
Corona runs her own catering business, Bold Flacor LLC specializing in catering, meal prep, and private dining.
