2019 (Outdoor): ECC Champion in hammer throw, earning All-ECC First Team accolades in that discipline after a 51.76-meter throw at the ECC Outdoor Track and Field Championships on Apr. 20 ... took All-ECC Second-Team honors with fourth-place finishes in the shot put (12.24m) and the discus throw (35.51m) ... won the hammer throw at the season-ending Tom Farrell Classic on May 4, with a throw of 50.56 meters ... competed in the hammer throw at the 125th Penn Relays (4/25-27).

2018-19 (Indoor): Took fifth place at the ECC Indoor Track and Field Championships on Feb. 16 with a toss of 13.54 meters.

2018 (Outdoor): ECC Champion in hammer throw, earning All-ECC First Team accolades in that discipline after a 46.24-meter throw at the ECC Outdoor Track and Field Championships on Apr. 21 ... took All-ECC Second Team laurels in the same meet with a third-place finish in the discus throw (33.86 meters) ... won both the discus (34.70m) and hammer (46.85m) competitions at the Queensborough Relays (4/13) ... placed third in the hammer throw at both the Ramapo Invitational (3/30) and the Wagner Invitational (4/7).

2017-18 (Indoor): All-ECC First Team honoree after a runner-up finish in the weight throw (15.61m) at the ECC Indoor Track and Fielc Championship meet on Feb. 23 ... debuted with the Knights by finishing in eighth place with a weight throw of 14.07 meters at the Yale Season Opener (12/9) ... finished fourth (14.14m) in the weight throw at the Ramapo Season Opener on Jan. 19 before taking a runner-up finish with a 15.10 meter weight throw at the St. Joseph's Winter Invitational (2/11).

Prior to Queens College: Participated in Spring Track and Field for four years and Winter for two...  Received All County, All Conference, and All Long Island awards... Holds Seaford school record in Weight Throw...

Personal: Son of Hank and Heidi... Has two younger siblings, Timmy and Julia... Aspires to throw 60+ feet in weight throw... Wants to work for Homeland Security after College...
