2014: Earned ECC Second Team All-Conference honors for his 11th place performance at the East Coast Conference Championship (11/8)...Opened the season by placing 21st at the St. John''s/Hofstra Fall Festival with a time of 16:37 over 5,000 meters (9/7)...Covered 8,000 meters at the LIU Post Cross Country Invitational in a new personal-best time of 26:58.8 to place 25th overall (9/13)...Had a career-best 7th-place finish to help the Knights place second with a time of 26:07.09 in the 8k run at the NJIT Invitational (10/4)...Continued his strong stretch of running at the St. Joseph''s College Invitational with a 6th-place finish, crossing the line in a time of 27:44.00 to lead the Knights to to a third place finish (10/19)...Helped the Knights finish 4th in the conference with his 11th place showing at the East Coast Conference Championship where he finished 8,000 meters in 26:34.2 (11/8).

2013: Kicked off a season of personal-bests with a 28:37 over 8,000 meters at the LIU Post Invitational (9/14)...Followed that up with a 28:13 at the NJIT Highlander XC Challenge (10/5)...Placed fourth overall at the York Invitational in a time of 29:00 (10/20)...Had his best race as a Knight at the best possible time with a 27:57 at the ECC Championship (10/27).
