QC Head Coach Thomas Paris
Head Women’s Soccer Coach, Queens College Thomas Paris was named head coach of the Queens College women’s soccer program in 2022, becoming the fifth head coach in program history. Since his arrival, Paris has led the Knights through a period of significant competitive growth, cultural rebuilding, and postseason resurgence.

Molloy College – First Assistant Coach (2019–2021)
Paris played a key role in one of the most successful eras in Molloy women’s soccer history:
- ECC Champions: 2019 & 2021
- 18–3 record in 2021, the winningest season in program history
- Hosted half of the NCAA East Regional bracket (2021)
- Part of the United Soccer Coaches East Region Staff of the Year (2019)
Youth & Club Coaching

Paris has also held leadership and coaching roles with the Long Island Rough Riders:
- Sporting Director (2022) for the USL W League program
- Assistant Coach, Women’s Team (2021 season; USL W staff 2022–2024)
As Sporting Director, he helped build the club’s roster, recruit top talent, and establish the competitive identity of the relaunched USL W League team.
