COVID-19 HEALTH & SAFETY CHECKLIST
  1. Wear a mask or face covering when you are around others
  2. Cover your coughs and sneezes
  3. Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or use hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol content if soap and water are not available
  4. Clean and disinfect surfaces daily
  5. Keep at least 6-feet of distance between yourself and those around you
  6. Monitor your health daily and stay home if you are not feeling well
  7. Avoid contact with anyone who is sick

COVID-19 SYMPTOMS (As per the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention)

People with COVID-19 have had a wide range of symptoms reported – ranging from mild symptoms to severe illness. Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus. People with these symptoms may have Coronavirus and should consult their personal physician or a medical professional immediately. Further diagnostic testing may be needed to confirm the presence of COVID-19.

  • Fever (100.4 or higher) or chills
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • Fatigue
  • Muscle or body aches
  • Headache
  • New loss of taste or smell
  • Sore throat
  • Congestion or runny nose
  • Nausea or vomiting
  • Diarrhea
