The former Assistant coach for the Queens College Women's Tennis Team and now in her fourth year as coach of the NCAA DII nationally ranked Queens College Men's Team, coach Druker is, a four-time East Coast Conference (ECC) Coach of the Year recipient. Coach Druker's tenure at the helm of the Men's Tennis program has been marked by consecutive NCAA DII national championships (Sweet 16) appearance and several nationally ranked players. Coach Druker hails from Cape Town, South Africa where she was a professional tennis instructor at the Norman McCarthy Tennis Group, one of the top South African academies. By 2005 Coach Druker relocated to New York where she played DII Tennis for the then nationally ranked Concordia Women's Tennis Team, and Queens College Women's Tennis Team. As a student-athlete, coach Druker was named to the ECC All-Conference Team, rookie of the year, player of the year and ranked as high as 11th doubles in the nation. Coach Druker's student-athlete career was also marked by four trips to the NCAA DII National Championships and a nomination for National Player of the year NCAA, DII. With over 11 years coaching experience, coach Druker has coached both adult players as well as very young beginners and coached at some of the top tennis camps and clubs in the New York area, to include Island Lake Camp in Starrucca, PA, the Queens College Spring Break clinic & and Summer Camp, and The Meadow Club in South Hampton, NY. Coach Druker is both PTR and USPTA certified and has a BA in Psychology and Sociology.

Fabio Minami

Coach Fabio Minami is in his third year as the assistant coach for the Men's and Women's Tennis Team and is also the two-time recipient of the ECC Assistant Coach of the Year Award. Coach Minami has been an integral part of the success of both the Queens College Men's and Women's Tennis program with consecutive NCAA DII national championships (Sweet 16) appearance and several nationally ranked players. Hailing from Sao Bernardo de Campo, Brazil, coach Minami was ranked number 53 in Brazil in the 18 and under bracket and was a National Champion in the 18 and under bracket. From very early on coach Minami knew he wanted to play college tennis in the US, and in 2008, he left his hometown and came to Queens College. As a student-athlete, coach Minami was named to the first team all-ECC in both 2007-08 and 2008-09 as well as ECC Rookie of the Year in 2007-08 and Queens College Outstanding Freshman. In 2008, coach Minami was named "Player to Watch" in the East Region by the ITA. In 2010-11, Coach Minami was named second-team all-ECC while compiling a 51-17 record in singles and a 55-22 mark in doubles. With over 7 years of coaching experience, coach Minami has coached both youth and adult players and has coached at the Beach Point Club in Mamaroneck, NY, the Queens College Spring clinic & Summer camp and is a head pro at Citi Stars Tennis Academy.
